For what ages are your parties best suited?

All of our parties and tea parties are best suited for girls ages 3-10.

What COVID precautions are taken ensure safety of staff and guests?

Each party or event has an hour  in between them to properly disinfectant and clean areas. All  dresses are taken to the cleaners after being worn. There are several of the same dresses in different sizes to ensure that girls have plenty of options while other dresses are being cleaned. Temperature checks are conducted for everyone upon arrival. Contact tracing is done through a google form. Masks are worn by staff and required of adults attending parties or any events. Children under 10 aren't required to wear a mask. How do I reserve a party date?
You can book your party online by utilizing our online booking system. A non-refundable$50,$75 or  $100 deposit is necessary to secure your party reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and must be received at time of booking. The deposit is applied to the balance of the party. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash and checks are NOT accepted.

What is the difference between a tea party playdate and party package?
Tea parties are only for 45 minutes and focus on tea party etiquette as well as dress up. Princess parties do not include tea time, but party guests get to enjoy karaoke and craft which is not included in the tea party ticket.

What days of the week are available for parties?
Parties can be scheduled on Saturday ONLY. The Saturday schedule is as follows: 11:00am-12:30pm, 1:30-3;00pm, 4:00pm-5:30pm.

How long does a party last?
With the exception of the Tea Party, our parties are 1 hour and 30 minutes for our party packages. We are proud to celebrate ONLY ONE birthday at a time, and our parties are generally spaced an hour apart on the weekends. If time permits, presents can be opened at the end of your party. 

Is it possible to take a peak at the venue before booking a party?

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to set up an appointment to come see our party place during the week at your convenience. Please call 254-313-1038 or email to set up an appointment. You may also visit our Lookbook to see pictures of our venue, or check us out on Facebook!

How far in advance should I book my party?
We suggest booking parties at least 2-4 weeks in advance. However, if you need a last-minute date, please call or email to check availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit cards and major credit cards for deposits. Checks and cash are NOT accepted. Please use debit card or a credit card when paying your balance at the end of the party.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my party?
All Party deposits are non-refundable. If you need to postpone your party, you may postpone once without penalty, provided you've offered no less than 2 weeks' notice. Parties cancelled within 48 hours of being booked can receive full refund of the deposit. If cancelled more than 48 hours of booking the party, the deposit will be forfeited. We understand life happens and children become ill, etc, therefore we will gladly work with you to find an alternate party date. Deposits cannot be applied to other services or merchandise. All parties must be rebooked within one calendar year of the original booking date.

When do you need the final count of guests?
A final headcount is required three (3) business days prior to the party. An email will be sent the Monday prior to your party date requesting a final head count.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests I can invite?

The package price is for 7 girls plus the birthday girl, for a total of 8 girls. There will be an additional charge for each girl beyond the package total of 8 (this includes the birthday girl). Additional charge(s) per girl is $15.99. To properly implement social distancing, 2 additional girls can be added at maximum. If less than 8 girls (this includes the birthday girl) attend the party, you will still be charged the regular package price. No exceptions please.

What if I have twins, triplets, or best friends that want to have a party together?
Our packages are priced for a total of 8 girls, which typically means 7 party guests plus the birthday girl. If you have twins, triplets or friends that want to share a birthday party, subtract the number of birthday girls from 8 to figure out how many guests are included in the package price (e.g. if you have twin girls, the package price will include the twin birthday girls + 6 guests for a total number of 8 girls). Up to 2 extra girls are welcome, the price per extra girl is $15.99. No more than 10 girls total please. 

How early may I arrive before my party time?
The Only Believe Parties and Play Center hostess are at-the-ready to assist with any and all set-up needs and are experts at arranging birthday treats to ensure a stunning display for your guests. Rarely does this takes longer than 10-15 minutes, therefore we kindly request you arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to your party time. (e.g. party starts at 12:30; you can arrive at 12:00). We know your little ladies are eager to get their party started, however, we do need time to allow for cleaning, etc, between parties to guarantee the best party experience for you!

What should party guests wear?
Guests should dress comfortably, as they please, as they will be dressing up upon arrival. You may ask your guests to wear leotards, bodysuits or bathing suits under their street clothes if they'd like, although not necessary.

What happens if guests arrive late?
Our parties are packed with fun and follow a schedule. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late may join the party at whatever point the party has progressed. For example, if the guests have already completed dress up and are dancing, the late guest will skip dress up and join in the dancing.

Do parents have to stay for parties? Do you have seating for parents?

Parents and other adults are encouraged to stay. We have room to comfortably seat 10 adults, as well as ample standing room. We only celebrate one party at a time, so it will be just your group. If there are not enough seats, parents usually make the best of it and stand around and chat while the girls are playing. One other point to consider is that there is only one hostess. We will make sure everyone rotates through all of the different activities so that you can enjoy the party, take pictures, mingle but moms may are needed to assist with the initial dress up.

Can other guests or siblings stay for the party?
Parents and other adults are always welcome to stay; we have seating for approximately 10-12 adults with additional standing room available. Siblings (of any age), who are not guests of the birthday girl, will not be permitted to dress up.

What do I need to supply?
The Birthday Treat! Parents are responsible for the cake, cupcakes, brownies or the "sweet" of your choice as well as any other food desired for the party. Only Believe Parties and Play Center provide child-sized tables and chairs along with paper and plastic products such as plates, forks, napkins and cups for all guests for the ELEGANT PARTY PACKAGE ONLY unless parents want to provide their own. Only Believe Parties and Play Center also supplies and serves pink lemonade and spring water to all guests for the ELEGANT PARTY PACKAGE ONLY.

Do you have a refrigerator/freezer for birthday treats and/or ice cream?

Yes! We will gladly refrigerate any treats until it's time to sing Happy Birthday. 

Is outside food allowed?

Yes, you're more than welcome to bring in any outside food. For your convenience, Marco’s Pizza is nearby and food can be ordered upon request.

At what point in the party will guests sit down to eat?

Our parties are packed with lots of fun and therefore follow a schedule. We save all food and other birthday treats for just after the fashion show, towards the end, which is typically about an hour into the party. The girls out of dresses, and will sit down together to sing to the birthday girl and eat. (e.g. for a 12:30pm party time, we'll sit down around 1:30pm to eat). If having pizza delivered, please plan for it to arrive between 45 minutes - 1 hour after the start of your party.

Do you offer party favors for guests?

At this time, favors are not offered to guests. The craft is taken home as a favor. The birthday princess gets a goodie bag as well as a birthday sash.

What types of songs do you offer for karaoke?

The girls simply sing into the microphone and can then be heard through the speaker along with the band/artist who is singing. Songs are played on YouTube and paired to the karaoke machine so that they have words. Karaoke is not mandatory, and we never pressure the girls to sing. If guests opt not to sing, we will gladly play music in the background. We have a list of songs from many popular bands/artists/movies. We are a family business, and therefore are sensitive to the nature and content of the music; we do our best to ensure only clean, wholesome songs are played. The birthday guests will have a list of popular songs from Disney Princess movies (Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Moana, etc) or other popular bands. Understanding that everyone has different tastes in music, we will gladly help tailor songs to the birthday girl's liking. For those guests wanting a more specialized playlist, our singing machine has Bluetooth capability.

Do you accept costume donations?
YES! With great enthusiasm we accept girls' costumes, flower girl dresses, dance recital outfits and other dress up items that are in great condition. Please call 254-313-1038 or email bookings at
